So I'm a Real Estate agent. Lately, I've been focusing on commerical properties, but I still do residential. I figured... if I want to seperate myself from the millions of agents out there, I better start learning the full time stuff. So I do commerical (which is a tad bit harder only because I have trouble locating people who wants to sell their commerical buildings...)
Ah, I'm also a loan processor (home loans... mainly. no car loans... too small of an amount). And as a hobby, I invest to make money. Foreign currancy exchange all the way! hum, well actually I use to invest foreign currency, then our economy started to suck, and now I don't invest in that anymore because... I lost money T.T I still have alot to learn.
I go to Cal State Fullerton. Big school. Lots of students. I have a few skills which I don't think I should disclose, would rather people find out by themselves. I wanna learn how to cook... give or take. I mean, I wanna learn how to cook but not tell people like... my parents. cause I wouldn't wanna have the obligation to cook. (I'm selfish aren't I). Also, bartending is something I want to pick up at the end of 2008. just for... fun mostly. I wanna learn how to mix drinks proffesionally. that way I can blend in the high class crowd... the ones with money to buy and sell commerical buildings... ^^
