I've been blessed this last year with more experiences in the typical Tennyson fashion : To strive, To seek, To find, and Not to yield.
I'm growing into a wonderful man, at one with circuit and spirit. The dichotomy of my life, the beautiful mystery, is that I'm able to be both outsider and member in my family, clan, and work environments. It's a great freedom to truly embrace who you are, without suffering entanglements.
I'm currently working in the Telecom field, and attempting to enjoy the insanity. Its amazing to be able to be in a whirlwind of commotion and klaxons, and be at peace. I'm trying to bring that peace with me throughout my worklife.
This year has unfortunately dimmed several lights for me. Dec 22 took my brother Phoenix beyond the veil. This August claimed my Grandmother. I'm striving to live through the grief, though there are days that I fall short of this goal.
I'm proud to be a Pooh! I'm proud to bear that clan name, and proud to soon be a Godfather for the newest Roo of them all.
I'm gay and out. I'm not into the gay "scene", and wouldn't consider going to the bars to look for dates. I'm happy with the niche that I've carved for myself, and I'm looking for other men who have found a similar niche. While I'm gay, that is not the sum total, or even close to what I am. That just gives you an idea of what plumbing you need to date me ;)
I follow an eclectic neo-pagan path, with pepperings of Romany and Greek beliefs. I honor my Irish cultural heritage with the Wheel of the Year and Irish Elemental leanings, but I'm more comfortable with the Greco-Roman Pantheon and the Romany way of life. I've also started studying both the Sumerian pantheon via experiential campouts, and the more hermetic traditions
