13-year-old Johan Lund from Nittedal, just outside of Oslo, Norway, has always enjoyed singing and music.
Since he, at the age of 8, decided that music was the path he wanted to pursue, he has spent numerous hours practicing and performing.
Johan has been a member of several choirs, including renowned Norwegian boys’ choir Sølvguttene (“the Silver Boysâ€).
At home he plays the piano, a valuable tool when it comes to songwriting and composing in his own room or at the studio.
Having participated at Ungdommens Kulturmønstring (“the Youth Cultural Review of Norwayâ€) and reached the regional finals for three consecutive years, Johan was last year part of an area tour performing at several events in the county of Akershus in Norway.
Many have discovered the vocal talents of Johan, and he has several upcoming performances at private and public functions.
He was awarded the Nittedal Municipality’s Kulturpris (“Cultural Awardâ€) in 2007, and is expected to release his first album in september 2008.
