About me? I was born in Cali, Colombia.
Move to the US of A in 1994 at the age of 15 and I've lived here in California ever since, so I'm spoiled as I moved from a hot weather climate to another hot weather climate, if you ever want to kill me send me to live near the snow.
Went to school in Mission Viejo, CA graduated in 1997.
Had a baby boy on June 18th, 1999 and decided to marry later that year, in September. Been together with hub ever since. I'm currently trying to get my AA Degree with a Major in Spanish and then we'll see if I can get a decent job I can do from home.
My son's my life, he's the rose that brightens my days. He's autistic (Tho we suspect the most accurate diagnosis is Asperger's Syndrome) so every day behavior is a challenge with him. He is extremely bright for math, numbers, electronics, science, geography and astronomy, had a superb memory for anything to do with numbers, but can't behave to save his life, hehehe. He is very hyper, dominant and independent so this clashes constantly with "adults" who want to shape him into a more social being.*sighs* It is a struggle, but I know he'll be a good man when he grows up. ^_^
I have three brothers: Hernan, he's brilliant, studying to be an engineer. Danny is just as intelligent, his future looks very promising, he wants to be a doctor tho he is an excellent musician; born in '90 his lowest grade in high school is currently a 98%, I love him the most of all my brothers I think, I know I'm not supposed to have favorites but some things can't be helped. My baby brother Michael is the youngest, born in 2000, he seems to be just as bright as the rest, he excels in school and is very good at creating Lego art, reading, painting and drawing.
All of us at home are inclined to music: I played the flute in High School, sang in the church choir for many years and played many random instruments as a young child. Hernan learned how to play clarinet and the tenor saxophone, which he did very well. Danny started out as an amazing violinist and then took up guitar, his skill with strings is unbelievable! He also plays a few other instruments but strings is his strong point. Michael, under the guidance of Danny has taken up to drums, so he's our drummer hehehe, I suspect he'll be hitting the keyboard soon as I heard that's their newest instrument acquired.
