Influenced by a wide range of music from reggae and classic rock to jazz and punk, the trio known as DFM, or the Down Fucken Mexicans, started off as a not so typical garage band back in the summer of 2000...With the best of intentions, the band continues forth not in search of a higher calling but to simply share their music to those who are willing to listen. DFM isn't just a band, it's a life-style, a statement, shouting out your lungs that you're a BAD ASS and you don't give a FUCK!

Sounds Like: reggae/ska gone surf!!! HA! think peter tosh playin miserlou with a james brown jam session twist... or somethin like that, we get kinda heavy too. offshore surf is the genre we call ourselves, fusion too...
