slugsworthy

Slugsworthy was formed officially on March 2007. Which includes Kabul on vocals, Chip on guitar, Mie on Drums, Farouq on bass and Rina on keyboards, F Sharp Zero on Samples. Originally the band was known as TEC which means The Experimental Comittee. The name was born after Chip presented the band with their first baby... which was called CITY LIGHTS. After their third song written, they realised that they were heavily influenced by jazz and funk rifts. Thats when the band's name was changed to Slugsworthy. The name was born when they compare their music to the rest of Malaysian underground bands which played mostly Indie, Metal & Rock. All of em are fast paced music. Slugsworthy explains the genre of their music style which is slow (sluggish) but acceptable to all (Worthy).There's a new Kid on the block (NKOTB) LOL. F Sharp Zero has joined our band.
