Beads Jewellery and Craft Newcastle upon Tyne

I am here for Networking

About Me

My name's Mel and I've recently given up a sensible career in the NHS in order to persue a more crafty line of work. I'd like to set up a retail business in Newcastle upon Tyne selling beads and jewellery equipment as there is currently nowhere specialised where you can buy supplies. I'm looking to meet folk who are into craft, particularly jewellery making in order to swap ideas and information, and generally be socialable!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'm currently taking a break from life in the north east and am travelling the world with my new husband... Despite this I'd still like to continue networking with people in order to keep the ideas and social contact flowing as this will help me enormously when I get home and want to start building the business. I need feedback from people about my plans - whether you think you would visit and why; how much money you currently spend on jewellery making; whether you would be interested in jewellery making groups and workshops; or whether you generally think you would make use of a new shop selling this kind of stuff in Newcastle. ANY comments are greatly appreciated - all ideas and feedback help me to shape my business plan and understand what people in the region want. If this profile interests you in ANY way then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add me to your friends list and drop me a line! Thanks in advance ;0)
