THE SIEGE OF NICAEA

UPDATE!
Been heaps lazy recently and havnt bothered to come on here. I know iit may seem like we arent very commited, this is not the case. Between members we have all been really busy juggling, work, our social life, school holidays and women. But we plan on making up that lost time real soon. So please stay tunned. Also there has been some confusion about our message behind the band. No we are not a religious band. Religion plays a part in each members life but we do not intend to base our lyrics around this. Our faith will still obviously influence certain elements of what we sing about.
The Siege of Nicaea was the first major siege of the First Crusade. Nicaea was a city originally belonging to the Byzantine Empire. However at the time, the Seljuk Turks were in control of the city, and the Crusaders agreed to take the city and return it to the Byzantine Empire
The assault upon the city was led by Godfrey, Tandcred and Bohemund and lasted 2 months.
