The concept for 'Runes of the Gods' began quite some time ago, however it is only recently that Sylith actually began to write material for the project.
Currently Sylith's time is mostly taken up by her other project, 'Galadhrim' with which she hopes soon to release an eight track recording, though no date as of yet has been set. However, time will also be spent on creating samples for the RotG page with the intention that a full length recording will be made some time this year.
The idea behind RotG, was to create Heathen music, taking inspiraton from European folk and metal bands, that was not so much the joyous celebratory sound of folk, but a sound more meloncholy and in rememberance of times past and now gone.
