Brian Wights (new blog!)

Brian Wight, the only member of the multi-instrumented band “The Brian Wights,” is growing up in Colorado Springs, Colorado and looking for bigger things. The talented teenager of 16 is taking Colorado by storm with his unique sound of piano pop rock infused with soul. Starting at age 4, Brian would hear songs on his father’s radio and then immediately start playing them. After getting a drum kit, guitar and keyboard, he formed his band “The Brian Wights” with only vocal lessons under his belt.The idea behind “The Brian Wights,” is that it’s a band made up of several different clones of one Brian Wight, each one playing a different instrument. “My main goal with this,” states Brian, “is to reach people through music like never before. I want to change the world around me for God’s better purpose. Where ever he takes me, this thing will go.” His biggest challenge is playing concerts.
