The Sunday Post

and on the seventh day God created The Sunday Post

About Me

The Sunday Post is a FREE weekly get together at the Prince Albert pub in Brighton. We want to bring together musicians, performers, DJ’s, songwriters, film makers, artists, photographers, poets, comedians and all other kinds of creative people. The day starts at 3pm and goes right through until midnight with guest DJ’s, bands and various artists. Every week there will be an “I love” section where singers will cover their favourite song from a chosen legendary artist. The first week kicks off with “I love Dolly Parton.” There is also a "Kraftwerk" section downstairs where people can sell anything they have made. Films will be screened and artwork and photography displayed. For the more cultured, a “Cellout” room will be playing live classical music. All this, as well as at least two main live acts in the evening. A weekly podcast will be made of the whole day and will feature interviews and tracks from the headlining bands, artists and DJ’s.Contact us if you would like to play our day/night, sell something, display your art or photography, screen a film you’ve made, or perform in any capacity.STARTS 2ND MARCH 2008.
