About Me

"I will bless the LORD at all times:
His praise shall continually be in my mouth."

Psalm 34:1

My name is Lois and I'm happy to tell you not about where I live, but rather where Jesus lives, and that's within my heart. I accepted His wonderful gift of salvation at an early age, and grew up in church, learning more and more about Him.
I'm sad to say, though, that in my latter teen years, I strayed away from Him. I got out into the world, and began making very wrong choices. How horrible that must have been for Him, to watch as His child, whom He loved so, began to live and walk as the rest of the world did.
Thankfully, Mama never stopped praying for me, and neither did a couple of wonderful friends, who had often sought to get me back in church. On the night of October 31, 1997, I surrendered to the conviction that had been at work in my heart, and rededicated my life to Christ. I began attending a Bible-believing church, and I'm happy to say the Lord has had His hand upon my life in more ways than I could even begin to share here. I haven't always done what I should have; nor have I NOT DONE the things I shouldn't. But I thank God for His forgiveness, and for His mercy and grace which help keep me on track now.
I am married to a wonderful Christian man (Steve), who loves the Lord with all his heart. Together, we serve in various ministries within our church, and are blessed to be the proud "parents" of our 34 little ones... 1 cat, 15 chickens, and 15 guinneas. :)
I praise God for loving me, for saving me, and for always being with me, through whatever I may face. My desire is that my life would point others to Him, and that His Name would be glorified in all that I say and do. †

"I'LL TELL THE WORLD"
I'll tell the world that I'm a Christian
I'm not ashamed His Name to bear
I'll tell the world that I'm a Christian
I'll take Him with me anywhere
I'll tell the world how Jesus saved me
And how He gave me a life brand new
And I know that if you trust Him
That all he gave me He'll give to you
I'll tell the world that He's my Saviour
No other one could love me so
My life, my all is His forever
And where he leads me I will go
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." - Matthew 5:16

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'd love to meet President George W. Bush, shake his hand, and tell him much I appreciate him for the stand he's taken for our country's sake. He's caught so much strife, for his deployment of troops to Iraq, etc., and I just want him to know there are still some of us who totally support his decision. If we don't stop it there, it will come here! (HELLO!!! Wake up, folks!)

I'd love to meet Mike Huckabee, as well, and tell him I wish he'd gotten the Republican nomination, and gone on to the White House. I believe with all my heart he would've made a great President. Our country desperately needs to get back to the things upon which it was founded... Godly principles, to be exact!

I'd also like to one day meet Billy Graham, Beth Moore, Bobby Labonte, Dan Rather, Peter Gallagher. Interesting group, I know. But I'd love to meet each one.
