I use to be a 'goth' (and i suppose i many ways i stll am).People liked to label me and i got really tired of looking like a photofit of every other goth 'trying to be different'. I also started to hate all the hypocrites that looked down on people for not wearing black all the time and applying make up, and realised that in fact they were just as bad as the 'townie' types who hated them for the way they looked. I guess thats one of the reasons why i toned down my look, the other was to see the look on people's faces when i go to goth clubs wearing my baseball cap and reebok classics lol. I was once asked by a cocky barman in one of these clubs 'what have you come as'? This was ironic as he was wearing white face paint and black leather from head to toe, i think the irony was lost on him though.
I like to think that im an easy-going kinda guy, not much phases me or riles me up and i tend to try and not take things to seriously. Lifes to short right? I will however stick up for myself if people take liberties, and the same goes for the people i care about. You fuck with them, then u fuck with me! Somone once said to me that 'to look at me wasn't to know me', i think what he meant was that my personality is nothing like the one they percieved it would be judging on my appearance. I guess i look pretty intimidating if you don't know what im like , but once you do you'll realise that im not that scary.
I work as an electrician (well still at college training anyway) and i still live at home with my parents. The thing about my job is that i work for my dad, which has its pro's, and also it's con's (its got quite a few of them as you can imagine lol). But seriously its not that bad, i count myself lucky that i like my job and don't get hassled that much at home.
