You may call me whatever you wish but it depends on what you call me if I answer to it or not. I am a college student right now who is attending Atlanta Christian College. I greatly enjoy being at this school. It is by far the best school I have been too so far. Although I do not live on campus – glad I do not actually; I could not handle the practical jokes. I am studying English and Biblical studies right now, the challenge is becoming very difficult, the English side of it is not too bad; I can feel the knowledge growing and my grapes of the subject tightening. On the other hand, The Biblical studies part is very tiresome… I tell you this plainly, I am the type of guy that thoroughly enjoys just hanging out, setting back watching movies or just T.V. heck playing some xBox 360. I would love to meet a woman that loves to go out and have a good time but more often then not, just setting around talking hanging out. Nothing exciting mind you, but that does not mean I do not enjoy a good adventure; spontaneity is a wonderful thing and I truly love to just make something up on the spot and go do it. I like comic books like the Ultimate Iron Man, Cable, Kick-Ass, and Atomic Robo. Those mentioned above are the ones I am keeping track of right now. Books that are set in the time period between 1700- 1930 like the Scarlet Letter, Time Machine, Temeraire, etc. I playing video games when ever I have a chance to, my favorite PC games are Sci-fi First Person Shooters, but on my 360 I am open to almost anything, but the third person shooter like Gears of War and Army of Two are some of my favorite styles. I enjoy other hobbies like Archery, miniatures painting and construction, collecting comic books and Trading Cards. Anime is a great art form as well, I meet with an anime group at my school where we watch all different types. I find myself fighting back the temptation to not be “materialistic.” I have to tell my self this stuff is crap and will not last. Thusly, when I do some form of ‘collection’ I make sure to pick something I will get a lot of joy out of and maybe be able to sell later or give to family as an heirloom. I use to be a very active practitioner of the physical aspect of the Martial path, but I found in my character that I m prone to “war like” thoughts with dreams of the glorius victory over evil. That in its self is not bad but I would – and sometimes still do – have thoughts of attaining this victory and it is not a pretty picture in my head. I some what admire myself (humbly) for my imaginative mind, but like with all thoughts that are gifted there is a wrong way to use it and I felt that was, thus I do not practice that aspect anymore. I prefer, then, to study the Bible in its teachings on life Love and well how to live. In addition to that the Martial path entwined with the teaching of the Bible yields what I like to call the “Warriors path to Paladin hood”. As Turok once said, “the difference between a soldier and a warrior is that a warrior has heart.” I REALLY enjoy going to a movie with friends then going to Steak-n-Shake. I can go see just about any movie, but just like everyone else I have my own tastes; I will let you know if I want to see a movie you mention or not. I am not a thin guy but I am not fat either. Not to happy with my body but I am working on it slowly and surely; a bit of low self-esteem when it comes to my body but hey we all have issues right. I am about 205 lbs right now and am not in the best of shape but I what I have I can move it as fast as I need. It is the lack of breath that really annoys me that is reason alone is enough to encourage me to get fit. Although I have many others, I and my best friend Wendel, have a swimming regiment we are going to implement this summer, and/or whenever this damned cold weather will leave… I am not much into music or listening to it, I would rather listen to a book on CD then music. I do not really know why that is, my friend Christina is almost the freaken opposite me I think, she is trying to “reach out” to me with music. I am not to fond of the typical concert environment: go to see a band play and stand there and listen the whole time… that really bores me… A CD play/Radio is fine with me. I play the viola every now and then when I have time. It was a great tool to keep me from killing myself back in middle school. Now I just pick it up for myself not really for performance; most of the time when people say they want to hear me play they listen for about 30 seconds then go about their business, so I do not really like playing for people. If you are going to ask me to play FOR YOU, damn it, listen… I do not play crap, I just let my fingers go and I can bet you it is going to sound alright. Writing is an area I am working on and I would like to write for a living but I need to get better at it. (fyi you can end a sentence with a preposition, trust me, its not in good style but that does not mean you can not do it). I like to help people solve their life problems, social, etc, I have been told I am good a giving advice that is blunt and to the truth. I have counseled many people and two marriages. I find when the people are actually listening to me, that I can be useful to that person or persons. This brings great joy to me when I find that God is using me to help others.
