Hi everyone!
My name is Elizabeth and I am proud to present my new single "Se Thello" Enjoy! Enjoy! Collaborating with Chaz Dabat Kkoshi has been fantastic and extremely funny (for those who know Chaz - you know what I mean!) This is one song that I really enjoyed writing and I feel that the track really expresses my musical influences, hence the hybrid of both Greek and English music and tongue! I hope to write many more in this style and I already have the next one in my head! (Id better write it down!) I have often struggled to settle with a particular style/genre of music as an artist, and have never known which way to go as I love performing in many genres.
From the age of 15 I have been singing in a Greek band called Midas Touch where I have performed in many different styles of Greek and English music (and Latin - although I don't know what I am singing!). I love it! I never get bored - even though I have been doing it for 10 years!!! (now you know my age!).
But now I want something extra . . I have been writing music for years but have never really had the confidence to expose my material until two years ago! Now that I have come out of my shell, I want to write more and more and more!!!!!
I wrote "Se Thello" initially as a Cypriot entry for the Eurovision Song contest this year, but for reasons unknown, it did not reach the final 10. I still had the privilege, however, to go to Cyprus and perform one of the final 10 songs that were selected. I had really great time out there, and when I came back to London, I decided to push my own track forward. How exciting! I am having soooooo much fun in the process!
