Koi Group ~ Atlanta, Creating Change through Service.This group was brought to life by two friends that wanted to give back to the community. We thought of joining another service group and then after talking and expressing what we wanted out of these experiences we decided to start our own group. We choose KOI becuase the koi fish represents wisdom and change, this was perfect considering we want to raise awareness of ongoing community events, & try to become more involved.There are not going to be club fees or dues, and there will not be requirements for level of participation or meeting attendance - this is about getting together with other people to volunteer, and maybe do a little networking and socializing in the process.The only requirement is a desire to serve your community through volunteer work!
