Now i miss outbound!!!!!!!! customer service sucks! All callers are irate... and i'm more irritated. I just don't have that attitude of i-have-to-sound-nice to everyone. I hate work, i want to resign...

Hi friends... Got a new job... I'm with Convergys now, and I'm so proud to be part of it! Don't have friends there yet coz i missed my One Call Family a lot. And of course, I also have my new family...
