What's the story?
It all began with a photography student living in Minneapolis who dreamed of wearable art while watching sailboats, drinking iced coffee and sketching out ideas.
French notepads were soon filled with clippings, doodles, thoughts and enough logo ideas to appease...well, Heather Abrahamsen.
Vintage furniture, the Queen of England and a few of my favorite things became the inspiration for Sixes & Sevens. Not to mention the idea of only twenty-five people in the entire world having the same tee as you was quite appealing.
After returning from Minneapolis to the warmth of Richmond, and a few inspirational conversations over espresso and cherry almond scones; it was time to take the ideas and make them reality. So here I am, and this is only the beginning as many more designs are brewing.
In the end, I'm just a girl who drinks too much espresso, has a small obsession with the United Kingdom and loves making art for you to enjoy!
Cheers!

Each Sixes and Sevens design is screen printed by hand on the softest tees we could find. Embellishments are then added with our signature +’s and x’s, randomly hand stitched throughout the tee. The collection and limited edition number is on the back, as we only make twenty-five tees for every design.
From the hand-dyed silk ribbon labels to our intricate screen prints, you will find tee shirt couture at its finest.
