Kiko Caruso nasce musicalmente nel 1998, anno in cui inizia a farsi notare all’interno dei clubs proponendosi come Dj emergente nel panorama delle discoteche prediligendo generi "elettronici" quali la Techno, la Trance, l’Hardcore, e la Gabber che in quegli anni andavano per la maggiore contrapponendosi alla dozzinale "commerciale".
La cosidetta "svolta" professionale avvenne un sabato sera quando recandosi insieme allo "zio", ed international Dj, Rosario Fichera in un noto locale di Taormina , sentendolo suonare restò estasiato dalla sua performance e dalle sonorità house, decisamente più armoniose rispetto ai generi sino ad allora presi in considerazione; da quella sera in poi Kiko lasciò i suoni più hard per passare ad un qualcosa di più melodico e di stile quale la House.
Questo connubio, che iniziò con la Tribal e la Deep, lo portò a partecipare e ad organizzare numerosissime serate, spostando i propri orizzonti anche "oltre lo stretto"...
Molti clubs cominciarono ad apprezzare il genere ed il suo stile inconfondibile, questo fino ai giorni nostri; Dj Kiko Karuso, evolutosi in stile e professionalità , ora passa Deep , Garage, Soulful, e Pumping.....cresce la fama, e la sua presenza ad eventi internazionali, viene infatti invitato di continuo a suonare nei migliori Clubs sparsi per l’Europa.
Tra breve avremo anche produzioni firmate da lui, che, avvalendosi del meritatissimo (a giudizio altrui) appellativo di "Baronetto della House music", fa ballare e sognare il popolo della notte, indistintamente da lingue, gusti e cultura.
