Josephine started her career off as a ballet dancer and performed with Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake in London's West-End and around Europe.
She work-shopped with Adam Cooper on Dangerous Liasons, and later worked and helped form 'Fusion Art' company- taylor making dance and performance art for corporate shows and events.She realised her love of music was taking her in a slightly different direction, and so began her career in the music industry.Working with Producer's and writers such as Gus Isadore(Seal), Mike Choi (Mika)Kevan Frost(Boy George), and back up for Martina Topley-Bird;Delta Goodrum(Top of the Pops) and Shapeshifers(aka Glider).
Jojo has a veratile sound and range, and quite happily changes from genre to genre, to meet with the theme of your client or event;from jazz to blues, rock'n'roll, musical theatre and even opera.
Jojo can serenade a small intimate party or light up a large reception area, whether you need an acoustic duo to a fully rocking function band!
