My name is Grant, I am 21 years old and reside in Essex, England. I have studied Karate, Jiu Jitsu and briefly Krav Maga in the past. I currently train in Boxing, Muay Thai and i am looking to get back into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I hope to take up Shamrock Submission Fighting aswell. I go to the gym at the very least, 3 times a week.
