I would really like to do more criminal defense work. I would like to eventually specialize in defending nonviolent drug offenders. But, I'm just a baby attorney, and I need more experience. Criminal defense is the coolest part of my job.
Right now, about 90% of my work is family law (divorces, custody battles, paternity suits, protective orders, child support enforcement, and tons of other overdramatic bs...)I am very good at family law. But to be honest, the drama gets to me sometimes. Why cant people just get along??? LOL
I have my own law practice. I enjoy working for myself. I refuse to work for anyone else. My office is in Hurst.
But enough about my job - about me personally: I am the youngest of my mom's five daughters. I have a son named Skyler. He is 7. He's got developmental disabilities. they dont really know whats wrong with him or why. Some say autism, some say mental retardation. He's got problems with his speech and fine motor skills. He's a pain in the ass most of the time, but I love him. :-)
In addition to my human child, I have a weiner dog named Maxx E. Padd. He loves to chew up shoes, dirty underwear, and my son's toys.
