Auto-Biography
My name is Remedy and I also go by the name of Kaychi, I am currently in my first year of University, studying Music and Media Management. I was born in Bristol and I'm still currently located here. Although I was brought up around many genres of music, music production didn't become a hobby until very late on in my life. I try not to catergorize my music, I make whatever I feel like making. I do produce mainly Grime and Hip Hop, but I have made tracks that go under Dub, Dubstep, Drum n Bass, RnB, Dance/Electronica and Garage.
Early Career
I have been producing since 27th February 2006, but was experimenting for a good couple of months. When I first started producing, it was merely a hobby, although it still is, I never took it serious as I do now. I have had a label approach me wanting to release an EP of my instrumentals and submit tracks for a compilation CD that featured arists from Roll Deep.
Where I Am Now
I have collaborated with an American artist called Foster Child, I produced the track called 'I'ma Show You', which is on his debut album 'Debut Of A Story'. I am currently working on my joint EP called 'Fight In The Graveyard' with Frilla, it will be a 4 track EP.
