I'm out in the midwest just trying to get used to the "Red" state way of life. It's been kind of difficult because Im used the California "superficial" way of life. If you can't talk about the new fashions or the latest gossip what is there to talk about...I'm no where near talking about kids. I am very chill and I am not really a traditional person in terms of the way I dress, talk, and joke. I like to cause drama and talk sh&@. I think it might be my Filipino side but being half Black does not make the sh@& talking any less. I'm still trying to figure out why there is no Nordstrom, Ruth's Chris, and/or Chanel in Omaha. I pray to God everyday for strength to make it through 3 more years of dental school/academic boot camp/my childhood dream profession in training. I also pray to make it through the subzero winters and the 100% humidity 98 degree av erage temp. summers...oh yes and don't forget the thunderstorms and rain. Now I understand why they call my heart (SF)a beautiful city. Ahh I miss it so... and all my loved ones from SF and all over CA.
