Lucky Donkey resmi terbentuk pada 10 Januari 2008.. dengan formasi awal Oka (VOx n Guitar), Nuncep (Vox n Bass) and Jabrix (Drums),.. pada akhir april'08 Surya (guitars) and Ery(keyboard) masuk untuk melengkapi formasi LUCKY DONKEY,. Mengapa kami memilih nama LUCKY DONKEY sebagai nama band..??? tidak ada Alasan yang jelas, LUCKY DONKEY di pilih hanya karena Lucu dan Enak didengar.. :Dand now we're ready to shake your body.. hahaaha...HOPE YOU ENJOY OUR WORKS..
