Stephen Padilla was in a terrible car accident January 5th at 12:30AM in Spring Lake. He was takin to Ottahwa County Hospital and then air lifted to Spectrums, Butterworth Hospital. He suffers from closed head injuries, a fracture in his occipital bone (the one behind your ear), and a minor shoulder injury. He now recovers at Spectrum Hospital's ICU. He rests in a low stimulation room in a medically induced coma while his brain heals. He is also on life support, which is a machine that is breathing for him to save his brain from working harder then it has to for the time being.
