Sinfonia En Vilo

El grupo se forma en agosto de 1989 por el interés de dar a conocer al público tijuanense un nuevo sonido influenciado por el rock contemporáneo y el canto nuevo; una idea que no es nueva pero que en las manos del cuarteto suena propositiva e interesante. Conforman el primer SINFONIA EN VILO un personal que ha destacado en otros grupos como es el caso de Fidel Ramirez (voz, teclados y guitarra acústica) a quien recordamos en aquel mítico grupo tecno llamado Avant Garde o Gabriel Reyes (bajo) que participo con Sed De Paz, los acompañaron en esta aventura Manuel Mayne (bateria) y Xico Pereida (guitarra electrica y ácustica). Hicieron su debut en el Teatro de la UABC en un concierto que reunió a grupos como VIV y Acropolis (ya desaparecidos) y de ahí, las presentaciones en los sitios habituales para ello (Rio Rita, la Casa de la Cultura, etc). En marzo de 1991; Xico Pereida deja a SEV y poco después Fidel Ramirez abandona también al grupo propiciando la desintegración del grupo en abril de 1991; quedando para la historia del rock local cerca de 18 temas originales y varias adaptaciones a canciones de Gabino Palomares, Silvio Rodríduez y Alfredo Zitarroza. Después de año y medio de inactividad musical, Manuel Mayne y Fidel Ramirez deciden en septiembre de 1992 continuar con Sinfonia en Vilo, integrandose un nuevo elemento, Javier Rios en guitarras eléctricas y acústicas; en diciembre de ese mismo año se vuelve a integrar el grupo Gabriel Reyes. Teniendo presentaciones en Rio Rita, Marko Maya, Centro Deportivo CREA, Bol Corona, Feria Tijuana 1993, 102.5FM Estereo Frontera entre otras. Se toman distintos caminos. 14 años pasan y esos caminos se vuelven a juntar. Vuelven a interpretar de 1989, De Pie Ante El Dictador, Conoces el Pais de los Obreros?, Nuestra Libertad De Expresion, Cuanto Veneno Cae sobre Nosotros; de 1990, Canto A La Vida, Poetas; de 1992, Luces de Ciudad, Caminar sobre el Mapa, Y Para Ti, Mil Versos; de Agosto 2007, Sustento; y Febrero 2008, En Mi Cuerpo Inerte. Realizando grabacion de su primer Demo con intervencion tecnica de Raul V. Ferreira, Carlos 'Zuckko' Caraveo. SeV les da las Gracias!
The band is born in August of 1989 by the interest to present the tijuanense public a new sound influenced by the contemporary rock and the new song (canto Nuevo); an idea that is not new but that in the hands of the quartet it sounds provocative and interesting. With social, humanitarian, ecological conscience. They conform the first SINFONIA EN VILO a personnel who is outstanding in other groups as it is the case of Fidel Ramirez (voice, keyboards and acoustic guitar) to whom we remember in that mythical techno-pop band Avant Garde or Gabriel Reyes (bass) who participated with Sed De Paz, joining in this adventure Manuel Mayne (drums) and Xico Pereida (electrical and acoustic guitar). They made its debut in the Theater of the UABC in a concert that reunited acts like VIV and Acropolis; gigs in the habitual stages (Rio Rita, La Casa de la Cultura, Bol Corona, Crea, etc). In March of 1991, Xico Pereida leaves SEV and shortly after Fidel Ramirez leaves the band causing the disintegration of the group in April of 1991; being left for the history of the local rock near 18 original songs and several adaptations to songs of Gabino Palomares, Silvio Rodríduez and Alfredo Zitarroza. After year and half of musical inactivity, Manuel Mayne and Fidel Ramirez decide to regroup in September of 1992 to continue with SINFONIA EN VILO, integrating a new element, Javier Rios in electrical and acoustic guitars; in December of that same year Gabriel Reyes joins the band. SINFONIA EN VILO is back and making noise.
