Papaconga

It has been my privilege as a percussionist to have had the opportunity to play with many bands the last 10 - 12 years, either as a permanent member, or as a guest with an open door policy. ("Just bring your drum!" they would always say. Such a compliment!) Never-the-less I am happy to say that I am still a member of GRANDADDY YOUTH, PRIMAL CHOCOLATE, & NAKED HEARTS. (Please, see the links for connecting to some of my many talented friends and the beauty of their gifts.) PEACE THROUGH MUSIC!The music I share here are my own arrangements created using ACID. (The software, not the drug!) Ha-ha! The one exception is the song “Boyz will be Boyz” or as I like to call it “Aye Mamasita!” It was put together last Thanksgiving weekend, when I visited Grandaddy Youth. After a few hours (and a few beers) the song & words came together. It was taken to new heights by Erik Urbano of Grandaddy Youth, after the he laid his sweet guitar tracks. (That boy can play!)I worked to create what is in my heart, driven by my passion, guided by my soul, that music which lies within me. I like so many others want create the expressions of our beings.
