About Me

Since July of 2006, I have been passing out business cards that have the audacity to suggest that I am the Los Angeles City Editor of The Onion, and thus oversee the local elements of the paper's arts and entertainment section -a.k.a.- The A.V. Club. Although I have no cards alleging this function, I also write regularly for SPIN, LA Times and Filter and contribute occasionally to Paste, Flavorpill.net and N.M.E. (who owe me money, the bastards). I enjoy playing and listening to music, adventure-travel, philosophy, books, movies, cheap wine, expensive beer, the lost art of conversation and being given giant wads of cash. I like the concept of yellow.
