Born in Germany near France and Luxembourg I grew up to make music. After having studied educational theories and music (several teachers, workshops, sessions and studies in) , I became a professional instrumental teacher, live- and studio-musician for vocals, guitar, bass-guitar and piano and as a songwriter for bands, films or commercial spots.
Having worked in different places, bands, studios and schools, the stage is where my heart is.
With more than 100 students per week and lots more via Youtube I have developped my very own concept of teaching music over years. The most important thing about a successfull way of teaching guitar is, that the student is able to see, hear, feel and train in different moods, tempi and feelings. So it is necessary to give him the feeling of jamming with you, showing him parts more than reading scores and to produce individual jamtracks, so he or she is able to practice at home with a good sounding playback and the feeling of a real band. Through all the years to me it has shown that this way of practicing brings more fun and makes the student getting better day by day. Via Youtube and my website students all over the world are able to learn guitar like this by using my playbacks, jamtracks and tutorial vidoes.
