The Ginkgo Grove Daoist Center is a center for Daoist living and learning located in Olympia, Washington. The Center is founded in the tradition of the Dragon Gate (Longmen) branch of Quanzhen Daoism and focuses on Daoist meditation (Zuowang - Guarding the One), qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and acupressure, to provide a healthy, balanced approach to physical and spiritual health. I am an ordained Daoist Priest in the American Dragon Gate Lineage (ADGL) which was founded by 22nd Generation Daoist Priest Li Chang Dao. Li Chang was ordained a Daoist Priest in the Longmen tradition at the White Cloud Temple in Beijing, China, in 2003 and in 2005 he was authorized to ordain Daoist priests in North America. Li Chang is a level IV certified Qigong instructor with the National Qigong Association (NQA).Please note that we are not affiliated with Louis Komjathy's Center for Daoist Studies, also located in Olympia, although we have the highest regard for his work as a translator and educator.
