You can see where its located on a detailed satellite overlay map (no more having to load up google earth or yahoo maps) check the schools in the area and school district, find out what features the property has, view pictures of the property, find out what the property was bought for previously, etc. etc. It is a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful. Now the catch with that is you'll be going on Maricopa.gov to find them.
