Let's hear it for hometown spirit:

You are The Magician

Skill, wisdom, adaptation. Craft, cunning, depending on dignity.

Eleoquent and charismatic both verbally and in writing, you are clever, witty, inventive and persuasive.

The Magician is the male power of creation, creation by willpower and desire. In that ancient sense, it is the ability to make things so just by speaking them aloud. Reflecting this is the factthat the Magician is represented by Mercury. He represents the gift of tongues, a smooth talker, a salesman. Alsoclever with the slight of hand and a medicine man - either a real doctor or someone trying to sell you snakeoil.

I am interested in Brukellish.
As the official historian for this language, I will be maintaining an exhaustive tome containing a record of all words - and their respective histories - added to this fascinating demi-language.

Questions, corrections, or additions should be submitted in writing.

I'd like to meet:

Living: the Dalai Lama, I think.

If I had to pick someone a little more frivolous, probably Neil Gaiman or Enya, both of whose work I am a -huge- fan.

Dead: Martin Luther King Jr. or Jesus of Nazareth.

Of course, that's only the beginning...the Buddha, Mary Magadelene, Queen Elizabeth....the list could go on and on...seriously...

Unrealistic: myself. I would love to spend time with myself as another person. Somehow I think it would be an intriguing experience. I also am fascinated by Thomas Harris' character, Hannibal Lecter. As he is not real, I obviously could not meet him...but it's always interesting to speculate.

I have come to the conclusion that there is absolutely nothing you cannot convince me to listen to....once. I make no guarantees after that.

You want to get an idea? Look me up on SoulSeek - rball31981 - and you'll find out just what I mean when I say "eclectic tastes."

Television:

I don't watch it....
But you want the BEST ever use for a TV set?
Playing Zelda: Twilight Princess!! This game is awesome! Go out and buy it now...you will lose as much of your life to it as I do!

The last time I seriously watched TV, I was a He-Man and Thundercats fan. =]

I do have to admit a certain fondness for BBC comedies, which, since I don't have anything other than basic cable, I watch on DVD or on my computer. I love Are You Being Served and Keeping Up Appearances.
