Tha Future, a.k.a Alex Rios, was born in Manhattan, NY on July 1, 1987. He lived in Brooklyn, NY until he moved to Grover, Pa at the age of 11. Tha Future grew up listening to freestyle and house music for most of his younger years. He first discovered hip hop music in 7th grade. With the love for the music and the need to perform, he joined the DJ club. There, he met Psych and they automatically clicked. They began to do many parties together. Within a year or so, Tha Future became president of the DJ club. He and Psych made the DJ club into one of the most successful clubs in the school. Tha Future then started listening to beats and free styling at school. He and Psych then decided to team up and called themselves Tha Prime Individuals. Tha Future is now President and CEO of Get Fresh Records, a record label founded by Tha Future and Psych.
Psych, a.k.a Andy Reynolds, was born in Williamsport, Pa on August 29th, 1986. However, he has lived in Canton, Pa his whole life. He first started listening to hip hop on his 14th or 15th birthday when he got the Coolio CD that featured “Gangsta’s Paradiseâ€. Then, in 7th grade, when he got into high school, he joined the DJ Club. Psych, Tha Future, and others DJed at high school dances and other events. He and Tha Future became closer and began to hang out more often. One night they were listening to beats at Tha Future’s house and decided to write a song. That’s when Psych first got into hip hop seriously. Ever since then Tha Future and Psych have been working together mixing and writing their own music. Psych is now co-founder and President of Get Fresh Records.Daytona 500
As co founding member of the hip hop group, To4Five, Daytona 500 has emerged tremendously. Daytona 500 aka Deshawn Pitt, was born in the Bronx, NYC, on 4-82. Daytona 500 started rapping at the tender age of 15 after hearing numerous tracks by another fellow New Yorker and hip hop artist, Busta Rhymes.In 97, Daytona 500 was introduced to Maestro Productions, whom at the time were producing, and mixing tracks for Dipset Mix tapes.
2005, Daytona picked up and moved to Elmira, NY. He has blossomed into a self taught genius on the boards. Not only is he a rapper, he also produces, makes beats, engineers, and writes.When asked to describe his music style, his reply was†hip hop with a twist of crunkâ€.To4Five is currently taking some personal time off. This Group consists of D Money Bags, G-Rod and Daytona 500.
