Tommy DeMicco

Tommy DeMicco is a keyboard player based in New York City and Miami Florida. Born In New York with roots in the Bronx Tommy D. grew up listening to his father’s big band records his mother’s classical records; his older brothers rock records and his sisters Carole King records. Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Styx, Genesis, Yes, Elp were some of the recordings he also grew up on. Singer Songwriters such as Carole King, Billy Joel, and Bruce Hornsby also had an impact as well. T. D. later began taking piano lessons at the age of 9 and played in his first band in the eighth grade. He has been playing music ever since. He later attended the Berklee College of Music and graduated with a Masters Degree from Lehman College. During his studies he toured with 80’s teen sensation Deborah Gibson and Arista BMG artists No Mercy. He has traveled throughout Europe, South America and the Caribbean. T.D. has worked in Nashville and Los Angeles as well. He is actively involved in music production and is available for touring, sessions and instruction.
