Well lets see. I grew up in the country on a 43 acre farm. I was homeschooled until 4th grade. Then my family moved to Staunton and I was enrolled in public school. I went to Liberty University right after graduating high school. I wasn't too crazy about the school...but I did make a lot of friends. And my freshman year roomies are still two of my bestest friends!! I lasted a year and a half at Liberty then transfered to Radford University. I loved it there! I had tons of fun and made many friends and lots of memories. I majored in Health and Physical Education. And am certified to teach preK thru 12th grades. I taught Elementary PE in Northern VA for a year and a half and absolutely LOVED it!I married the love of my life on January 7th, 2006. I can't believe its been a year since we said I DO!! I am so in love with my hubby and can't imagine my life without him!! I thank God every day for bringing us together!! Jay, my wonderful hubby, is in the Army and is stationed in Hawaii. But unfortunately on August 3rd he deployed to Iraq for twelve months. The good news is...he got to come home on leave for three and a half weeks in October. And the best part is he was here for the birth of our beautiful baby girl! The Lord answered our prayers...I couldn't have done it without Jay there!!!was born on Thursday, October 26, 2006 at 9:47 am. She weighed 8 lbs 6 oz and was 20 inches long! It is hard to believe she is already almost 3 months old! Mackenzie and I are living with my parents in Virginia while Jay is in Iraq. Then when he gets home we will live in Hawaii for a few months before he gets restationed somewhere else. Please keep him and all the Soldiers in your prayers!
