Team Cathy raises funds through running and walking events and inspires people to get involved to live healthier, more active lives which will lower their risk for stroke. Lowering your risk for stroke will also lower your risk for many other diseases and chronic conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and some cancers.
Team Cathy is dedicated to raising stroke awareness and raising funds for stroke prevention. Donations to Team Cathy will help support stroke prevention seminars and workshops in North County San Diego.
