Amok's short historyAmok is founded in 1999 by Erik ArnoÅ¡t (guitar), Jaroslav Pelán (vocals) and VladimÃr Pelán (drums), the brothers played together in another metal band, Kovadlina, at that time. Within the next half a year AntonÃn Šálek (guitar) and Radek Carvan (bass guitar) coming from ex-In Articulo Mortis join the band and Amok starts playing gigs. Due to some misunderstandings, VladimÃr leaves the band in 2002 and is replaced by Václav VanÃÄek coming from Spliff. After a few months, a two track demo is recorded. In the beginning of 2005 Radek quits playing and in a short time, a former In Articulo Mortis guitarist, Richard Abraham, takes his place on bass. Amok records its full debut CD "Negative World" in August 2006 and the disc is released one year later. It contains eight tracks including the re-recorded songs from the two track demo. At this time, Amok prepares its second CD
