Greenhorn: A person who is new to or inexperienced at a particular activity.
Hey everyone! We are Greenhorn and are psyched to be back on MySpace. We used to be on MySpace way back when our name was American Introspection, but we recently deleted that page and started up the new Greenhorn page. We’re just starting out, so give us a listen and some love. Now, here’s our story:
Greenhorn came into existance because all of the members have a common love for music, having a good time and eating during rehearsal. The band formed in March of 2007 under the name American Introspection.
As individual band members, we have a variety of musical influences. The band consists of four unique individuals each with their own different musical tastes ranging from classical music to classic rock to punk rock and as far as hardcore and metal.
We have not yet hit the live scene, as we are in the process of writing and developing our music. We’re not far off, however. Keep checking back to see when we’ll be in a city near you.
You will notice in the music player that there is now a song uploaded. That is a very rough demo of our song "Paper Airplanes," which was recorded in June of 2007. We do not have any songs at this time that are not demos, but we plan to hit the studio to get some real songs your way in 2008!
