About Me

ALIBI TOM, five piece indie rock act from Gothenburg, Sweden, part of the LEON family. UK release of their first full length album 'scrapbook' on July 21, 2008.
'Scrapbook', is an album of joy driven rock 'n' roll built around strong hooks, laced with Beach Boys style harmonies, juxtaposed with fragile but urgent songs about amending relationships and the emotional unrest symptomatic of western affluence. The band have a definite willingness towards experimentation and lyrics are written with stark and refreshing honesty.With energy and inspiration, Alibi Tom delivers vibrant harmonies, strong playful melodies and sweet hooks.
'Fire' and 'Botanisten' are the two first singles released from the album, and 'Fire' the first song to have a video recorded to it.
Alibi Tom's debut album (summer 2008) Scrapbook is out in stores in Scandinavia and England and is also avaliable worldwide on Itunes.
