Covert Vegan is currently in a period of transition. I have recently stopped baking, as it had taken over my life and stopped being fun. I love to bake and I love to feed people, but over time it had unfortunately become a chore that I resented. It's a wonderful problem to have too many good things going on in one's life, but a problem nonetheless; something had to go.Right now, I am resting and enjoying some much-needed newfound free time. However, look for me to resurface soon, just in a new way...
