Throw in some humor, a genuine personality, an irresistible charm & you get me. Music has always been a huge part of my life. It has influenced my lifestyle, my goals, and guided me to where I am now. Music is my passion and has been a crutch throughout my life. Thus is why it’s so important to me. You can feel it in my work. I love to express my emotions directly through music. I try to paint a vivid picture with every track I throw at you. The goal is to make a special connection with you and the music to set the right mood and make magic happen. Strongly believing in the motto 'things come and go, but music is never gone.' I capitalize on that and thrive upon music. Every piece of my work reflects upon what’s running through my head at the time. It’s a visualization of what I want others to see. I know how to get things poppin' accordingly, or put everyone in a trance with a melodic sunrise set. Being influenced by many different genres growing up, I can relate to anyone’s taste. Entering the scene in late 2005, but only officially spinning tracks for a little over a year now, I have progressed with haste and energy! When I’m told I sound like someone's favorite DJ, it’s a huge compliment to me and says something about my work. It’s an accomplishment I hope to achieve one day in its entirety. The alias 'Can't Sleep' is more of a lifestyle then a name. Its origin coming from a specific time in my life in which I was ultimately finding myself getting through 2 serious tragedies at once, rendering a huge lack of sleep and a peak interest in music and its counter-parts. But didn’t some of the worlds most renowned creations derive from someone's sorrow and trials? That being said, I am patiently waiting for my chance to show the world something we all should experience: Can't Sleep
