World Visitor Map Born and raised in the D.C metro area . I grow up in and round a city full of musical talents of all sorts. Having parents who where know for having the best parties and gathering spark my interest in music. I became aware of how music could influence a person mood and state of mind.I started out being the dj for some of my parents gatherings. I enjoyed the reactions that I got for playing song that they love to here.That's when i started to be influence by all of the artists from the 60's and 70's. By my 13th birthday, I was learning how to play the drums. then go-go came into my life. when I seen the Junk Yard Band and Rare Essence perform live for the first time , I was blown away. I then started to play other percussion instruments such as roto toms and congas. Joined a few neighborhood bands which gave me the experience to create and express myself in ways I would not have imagine. later, I then went to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where I met Vernell Jones who in courage me to make my own music.... and the rest is history.....
