About Me
Hi, my name is Sara. I'm 20 years old. I'm a tiny ginger girl who's got a few dreams she'd like to see come true one day. I'm a complicated person with a few weird habits, like sticking post-it's on everything, for every reason. When I like you, you'll notice. When I don't know you well yet, I can be really shy. I hardly ever forgive and I never ever forget, maybe that's one of my bad habits. Another one is the fact that I tend to bite my nails when I get nervous. Like a lot of people, I'm learning about life the hard way. I wish I didn't have to, but I know that in the end it'll all have been worth it. I'm a perfectionist. This often makes if difficult for me to be satisfied with myself, but since I'm stubborn, I mostly reach my goals. I have an optimistic personality. I smile a lot and I can always make other people smile. I guess that's one of my good characteristics. I've been a vegetarian and straight edge for ages and I'm proud to stay true to my ideals. When it comes to life in general, I let my heart do the walking.
- LIVE: I live in Ronse, a small town near the French border. Since the last few years, I'm nearly never in my hometown. I spend most of my time in Ghent and I really enjoy it there.
- LOVE: There's thousands of things I love, like my friends, music, animals, flowers, candy,... But when it comes to 'true love', I'm not that easy. I'm a very picky person and I've got loads of selfrespect. That's why I don't waste myself on whoever. You'd have to earn me first. I barely ever fall in love, but when I do, it may cost me anything to make that person happy, even a million tears and years of waiting. I'm not a quitter. I tend to be a very stable and outbalanced person, but love's the one thing that can get me derailed. Sometimes I do things I regret later, but everything I do, is done with the best intentions one could ever imagine.
- LEARN: Since September 2006, I'm studying Pedagogic Sciences at the University of Ghent. I totally love it. I'm hoping to graduate within a few years and be able to do the job I'm dreaming of. Helping people is in my nature, so I'd be happy to do this for a living.
P.S.: It's not easy to understand why memories hold our hand, but people let go.
