The Essence of me...Strong because I overcome and perservere. Independant because I go get it and don't depend on others to get it for me. Adventurous because I'm always down to try new and exciting things, I'm always willing to try anything once. Funny because I can crack a joke, even if it's not that funny you'll laugh. Down-to-Earth type of woman but can be the DIVA. I like simple things..money doesn't impress me, I find your heart within more attractive. Honest because I believe that without honesty you have no foundation for a friendship or relationship. Honesty is the best policy. Intelligent because I have educated myself to meet my standards and the standards of todays society...I'm intelligent enough to handle my business and find the means in which to do it. I know what I can do..do you? You never stop learning. I learn something new everyday. Passionate because I love with every fiber of my being. Determined because I strive for the best and except nothing less. Classy because I carry myself that way and will never let myself be treated like a snack,I'm so much more...a full coarse meal. Beautiful because it runs further than skin deep. Imperfect..who's perfect?? Loving and kind because I believe that one should treat a person how they expect to be treated..karma is a b@#&h!!! Humble because I will never put someone else down to build myself up. I appreciate kindness from others. You should never forget where you came from on your way up to the top, never think that you are above everybody else and your invensible because life has a funny way of reminding you. God-fearing because I refuse to play with him, there is another life after this one and I'm looking forward to a pair of diamond encrusted wings..ya feel me, don't like the heat too much. Drama free because I don't like problems.. minimizing stress keeps the wrinkles away: ) besides me and drama don't get along. I love to talk about anything. Easy to please, hard to resist. I like quiet nights at home cuddling up in bed watching scary movies. Scary movies are my fav. I love mexican & italian food. Love amusement park rides..the faster the better. Prefer home cooked rather than take-out. I'm not a club hopper..not my style. Might have a drink on occassion but it's rare. I love family, love to laugh. I love closeness and intimacy...I'm a SCORPIO, enough said ;) I just enjoy living life to the fullest. Here to meet alot of great people & make new friends. Tell me a lil something about you. I'd love to meet my Heavenly Father. For without him I would not be here. He has blessed me so much.I'd have loved to meet the very talented & beautiful Aaliyah. My daughter reminds me so much of her..delicate and sweet.Last but not least I'd like to meet my true love..the one tailor made just for me.

Books:

Don't read much these days..can't find the time. I have however read a few books here and there. I don't focus my attention on a particular writer but the content that I'm reading. If it's interesting and grabs my attention I indulge in reading it..if not it collects dust. I do have a variety of other interests such as fishing (yes you heard right), traveling, cooking, singing, dancing, designing spaces and putting rooms together, culture (museums, art shows, etc.), gardening & landscape design, basketball, damn I hate golf but I'm good at it (go-figure), listening to music, SHOPPING of course , playing dominoes, try my hand at pool every once in a while, basically anything fun & interesting, and I draw & paint. Here is a lil something I did for a college project. It's Soujourner Truth.

Heroes:

God first and foremost. My mom and dad...Luv you momma and daddy!! Our military. My sister, she is always there for me regardless and unconditonal, she always got my back..luv you Nikki!!! My grandma is my biggest fan. I hold her dearest to my heart. I love her to death. She and my mother are worth more than a million. My granny raised me most of my young life. I could be a lil stubborn and hard- headed, seems like I was always into something but she never slacked with the switch..it's a good thing I'm dark-skinned (LMAO). I learned real quick to be good. My granny raised 9 kids; was a midwife, a spouse, a mother, and a teacher at the church. She never misses a Sunday. She is the matriarch of our family. I appreciate everything she has ever done for me. No one could ever know how deep the love for her runs. I LOVE YOU GRANNY!!! And anyone that is a positive force in my life..I love you.
