Art,making art, oil paints,my hands on materials, time in the studio, the smell of a freshly sharpened pencil, books, seeing the world,being able to identify stars and planets, bad dreams that affect the entire day following, an uncomfortable blend of tragedy and humor, atmospheric conditions, our living cats, our dead cat, music, films, people, foods from afar, motion, the taste of ginger,playing the guitar and making up songs for trashy and kitty, when it's soft and slow then fast then soft again,long distance navigation, heavy aircraft, interplanetary trade,third world musty old libraries,drinks at bars,drinks period, hotel lobby bars, ossuaries,taking photos, why people make bad decisions, iconoclastic notions that get little attention from the mainstream , the failure of knowing, gerber daisies and dandelions, absynthe and its odd properties, the unseen, scanning the skies for UFOs while at my night job, (and staring at the stars), poltergiests as a real phenomenon, numbers that speak, talking shite about nothing for hours on end, closing my eyes, being awake, making art.
