Cooking, hiking, reading, sleeping, traveling, eating out (sushi, sushi, sushi, and indian!), museums, opera, cross-country skiing, putting the J-dudes to shame at the gym, foreign films, and last but not least, my handsome fiance Peter Olaf Baker.
I spend most of my day with about 40 Japanese men. Their bodily functions, habits, and mannerisms drive me crazy. Just when I think this place can't get any weirder, something new happens to shatter that belief. Boy, am I ready to go home. On a happier note, I love the food, onsens, and temples of Japan! The kids are alright too (most of the time) when they're not primping their hair or plucking their eyebrows. I'd love to meet anyone who is interested in spending time outdoors or exploring new territory with an open mind. Having a good sense of humor is a must. :)
