They played their very first show at a club called Fuzzy Duck in Daejeon on the 9th of December 2000. Since then they have been a regular weekly performer of the said club and the news about their unique approach to punk rock and explosive live performance have quickly spread among Korea’s punk enthusiasts.
In the summer of 2001, they applied and have been accepted as an artist of Moon Hwa-Sakidan Records and have been part of various compilation CD’s. When the band’s career seems to be getting brighter, their bassist (Jin Kyung-il) had suddenly left them but some of their friends have serve as sessionist bassist until they found Jung Woowon from the band United Bomb to handle the bassist position for them permanently.
The band have already started recording for their debut album when Moon Hwa-Sakidan cease to exist. It leaves them with no plans on what to do or how to release their upcoming album until they met Rux WonJongHee and agreed to release it on Skunk label. The album received great reactions not just from Korean punk community but also to those who just want to rock out.
Burning Hepburn joined the artists friendly Dope Entertainment and will be releasing their sophomore album this year. You can expect that with our current and improve line-up, we will be bringing you one hell of a punk rock album.
