About Me

Your instructor and trainer, Richie Gaona, is a fourth generation circus performer. After debuting with his family, The Flying Gaona's, at the age of five, he has traveled the world working with circuses such as Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey, Circus Knie, and The Big Apple Circus, to name a few... With over 45 years of experience, Richie can train you in the art of flying trapeze, stationary trapeze, bungee trapeze, walking the high wire, trampoline and much more. Richie Gaona is trainer to the Stars and worked as the head trainer for "Circus of the Stars" for eight years, so come train with us and learn to walk a high wire, bounce on a trampoline or learn circus acrobatic skills! That, and so much more!
We fly trapeze on Wednesdays and Sundays. Classes are 90 Minutes and space is limited, call ahead to assure a spot in class. Semi-Privates are offered for our more advanced flyers on Mondays and Fridays - 11am and 1pm. Call for further details. Also available for Private Parties, Corporate Training, Team Building & Performance.

Gaonas Trapeze Workshop is the original and most established trapeze school of the Southern California region for the past 14 years. With the most professional experience and superior safety record you are assured security from the moment you leave the ground. And, yes, we do work with a net and safety harness!
