Hi, I'm Joe Smith. If you are visiting this site you most likely know me as the man behind the piano. As you may have heard, I finished up my studies at the Berklee College of Music. Now, I’m currently working in the theatre world. I’m delighted to finally get the chance to finally work professionally as a musician and immerse myself in music and playing the piano – an instrument I’ve always had a passion to play.I've always had the drive to be a musician, playing and singing ever since I can remember. For me it's been a great way to express the feelings of life. I draw inspiration from all the music and musicians that surround me. I'm classically trained with a little spice of jazz thrown in, but when it comes to influences in writing songs I think not many do it better than Elton John, James Taylor, or Billy Joel. I find myself writing more and more, theatre takes up most of my time. I'm excited to get out there and share my music with all those who will listen. It's going to be an interesting journey.
